Fill a Stocking for under £20!

Having a stocking full of goodies to open up on Christmas morning is always an added bonus! For some reason there’s something really appealing about lots of little cute and quirky gifts that you can find in your stocking, so we decided to set ourselves the challenge of finding enough gifts to fill a whole stocking for under £20! So if you happen to be struggling to find the perfect gifts for a loved one or just want a few treats for yourself on Christmas day, here’s a few things we found that would be the perfect stocking fillers, especially for any of you on a budget too!

Bath Fizzers – £1 each – The Body Shop

Now for us nothing will come close to a Lush bath bomb, although we thought these little bath fizzers from The Body Shop would be perfect for a stocking! We couldn’t believe they’re only a pound and they smell so lovely! The fizzers we purchase for this post are ‘Vanilla Delight’ and ‘Berry Blast’, which are really subtle but sweet scents, perfect for a bath any time of year!

 Unicorn slippers – £3.50 – Primark

Nothing says Christmas like socks/slippers! We love receiving cute slipper socks on Christmas day and they are definitely an essential as a stocking filler. Primark have a whole range of adorable slipper socks that are the perfect gift for anyone and they’re only £3.50 too!

Tsum Tsum – £3 – Disney Store

Tsum Tsums are the perfect gift for any Disney enthusiast and they’re pretty cheap too! There are so many available from the Disney Store and they’re the perfect size to fit inside a stocking.

Berries and Cream shower gel – 75p – Boots

I think everybody receives at least 1 shower product at Christmas, but at least it’s something you’ll always need! These super cheap shower gels are a perfect an affordable gift and an even better stocking filler!

Stardust bath bomb – £2.95 – Lush

Stardust is one of our favourite Christmas themed bath bombs from Lush and it’s one of the cheaper ones too! It has a beautiful vanilla scent and turns the water a light blue colour with stars swirling around it.

MUA matte lipstick – £1 – Superdrug

Matte lipsticks are perfect for the winter and MUA sell a range of different shades for only £1 each! Considering the price they apply pretty well and they’re perfect for popping in a stocking.

MUA nail polish – £1 – Superdrug

Like the lipsticks, MUA also sell a range of £1 nail varnishes. These are a perfect little present that you could wrap up and put in a stocking. We are unsure if they still sell these in every store, but if you’re unable to find them we know Poundland sell loads of nail varnishes or Collection have a range for £1.99 each!

Vanilla chai hand cream – £4 – The Body Shop

As we’re now in Winter the cold weather plays havoc with our hands, so a hand cream is essential! The Body Shop sells super affordable hand creams and their Christmas range smells amazing.

Cucumber cooling face mask – 99p – Superdrug

Is there anything better than having a pamper session and sticking on a Christmas film at this time of year!? We love a Lush face mask but if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to fill a stocking, why not try Superdrug’s range?

Total = £19.19

There you have it, £19.19 for a stocking full of goodies! Don’t forget the other essentials for a stocking though, like chocolate (we bought some especially for this post and then forgot to put it in the photos. How annoying!). If you’re buying for someone who isn’t a beauty lover you could always pop hot chocolate sachets in their stocking or even some cute stationery! We hope you’ve found this post useful and it’s given you some ideas for stocking fillers. We’re hoping to have another post up soon which will be another Christmas themed one!
